Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R.No. 514 of 2017 registered with the Thana Station Road, Ratlam Police Station, Madhya Pradesh, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks transit bail of eight weeks to approach the appropriate Court at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh in connection with the aforesaid C. R..

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of four weeks to approach the appropriate Court at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh on the following terms & conditions :-
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits.
