Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants. The learned Registrar, Judicial-II as per order dated 21st September 2021 was pleased to refuse registration for non removal of office objections. They are not removed. Now, the Applicants are ready to remove office objections. The copy of interim application for condonation of delay in filing second appeal affirmed on 14th November 2019 is annexed. There is delay of 149 days in filing restoration application. Perused the averments in para no.4.

In view of above following order is passed:- a) Delay for filing restoration application is condoned. b) The order dated 21st September 2021 passed by the learned Registrar, Judicial-II, is set aside. c) Application is disposed of.

Above order is passed subject to applicants removing the office objections within a period of three weeks.
