Learned Counsel for the respondents object the prayer of condoning delay, as according to them, there is no sufficient cause. 4.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid by the applicant to Kirtikar Law Library within four weeks from today. 5.

After payment of costs, the appeal shall be restored to it's original file.
