C.:- 1) Mr.Yagnik, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent No.2 submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted charge-sheet on 10th September 2018, in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.1120 of 2018.

2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
