1] As against the order impugned in this petition, the petitioners have instituted a review petition before the District Deputy Registrar i.e. the Competent Authority. The same is pending consideration. Therefore, there is no necessity to entertain the present petition. 2] All issues, including the issue of maintainability of review petition are kept open for decision by the Competent Authority. 3] Since the ad interim relief had been granted in this matter earlier, the same is extended by a period of two weeks from today. 4] This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

5] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
