The petitioners have filed a petition on behalf of two petitioners who have made separate complaints and have impugned two separate orders passed by the Labour Court and a common order passed by the Industrial Court. The petitioners are directed to file two separate petitions. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file two separate writ petitions on behalf of the petitioners. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
