In Crime No. 215/2019 registered with Sangavi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad for offence punishable under Sections 312, 313, 315, 318, 368 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The co-accused i.e. father of the applicant is already arrested.

2 906.556.19 aba.doc Considering the allegations made in the F.I.R. the learned APP submits that custodial interrogation is required for taking medical details.

In my opinion, applicant deserves to be released in the event of arrest in the aforesaid crime as the applicant has volunteered to submit all the medical papers, if any.

(A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 215/2019 registered with Sangavi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 11/03/2019, 13/03/2019 and 15/03/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

(C) If directed by the Investigating Officer, applicant shall undergo medical examination.

Application stands disposed of.
