This Court had heard the Criminal Bail Application No. 4304/2021 filed by the Accused Mr. Salman Khan. However, while disposing of Criminal Bail Application No. 4304/2021, inadvertently, it is mentioned that Criminal Bail No. 978/2022 is also disposed of. 2.

The Order to the extent of disposing of Criminal Bail Application No. 978/2022 is recalled. List the Criminal Bail Application No. 978/2022 for hearing before the regular Court. 3.

It is made clear that the observations insofar as Faaran Khan is concerned, were made in the context of deciding Criminal Bail 17th April 2023

IA-901-2023.DOC Application No. 4304/2021 and obviously shall not have any influence while deciding the Criminal Bail Application No. 978/2022, which will have to be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
