By filing this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No. 1 - Sugar Commissioner, Pune for deciding the Petitioner's representation dated 9th February, 2018 (Exhibit "I"). 2.

According to the Petitioner, he is the member supplier of the sugar factory and is entitled to get the benefit of Sugar Control Order, 1966 providing payment of FRP within 14 days from the date of supply. The grievance of the Petitioner is that since about 3 months, he has not been paid FRP and the interest for the delayed payment.

Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting Vishal Parekar 1/2

31-wp-3331-2018.doc upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to consider the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in the Petitioner's representation (Exhibit "I") dated 9th February, 2018 and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petitioner to submit copy of this order before Respondent No. 1.
