By this application, Applicant/Husband is seeking transfer of Domestic Violence proceeding filed by the Respondent/Wife, which is pending before the JMFC, Pune to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant has filed divorce proceeding against the wife, which is pending before the Civil Judge, Senior division, Panvel. If the domestic violence proceeding filed by the Respondent/Wife is 1/2

s date. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent/wife submitted that the domestic violence proceedings cannot be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. Applicant stays with her old age mother. Applicant has no source of income. Yet maintenance amount is not given by the Applicant-Husband to the Respondent-wife. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Applicant stays with her old age parents at Pune. If domestic violence proceedings filed by the Respondent/Wife is transferred at Panvel, she has to attend the Court's date of two matters, it would be inconvenient to her. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

i. Application is rejected.
