By order dated 16.04.2019, respondents were directed to file undertaking of Sandeep Chavan and Sonali Chavan to the effect that they are not residing in the suit premises and also they are not claiming any right, title and interest in the suit premises. In pursuance thereof, Sandeep Chavan and Sonali Chavan have filed undertaking dated 18.04.2019. In paragraph 1, it is stated that they are not residing in the suit premises and have shifted to parents house of Sonali Chavan at A/17, Rangavali No.1, Kolbad Road, Shelar Pada, Thane (West) 400 602. In paragraph 2, they have stated that they are not claiming any right, title and interest in the suit premises. The undertaking dated 18.04.2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for 1/2

As the order dated 16.04.2019 is complied with, no further orders are necessary.
