At this stage, Mr. Aniket Vagal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant makes oral prayer that the Superintendent of Jail may be directed to allow the Applicant to attend the marriage ceremony through video conference facility.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we direct the Superintendent of Jail to make necessary arrangement to facilitate the applicant/appellant to attend the marriage ceremony through video conference from the jail between 12.00 pm. to 2:00 pm on 3rd May, 2022. Ethape
