The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Revision Application filed on 25th December 2009, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the Petition, is still not decided. We accept the said statement. The learned AGP has no instructions as regards the status of the Revision Application.

Hence, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:

ORDER :

(a) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the Revisional Authority on 1st September 2015 at 2.30 p.m.;

ash wp-4180.15 (b) If the Revision Application is already disposed of, a copy of the order passed thereon shall be provided to the Petitioner on the same date;

(c) If the Revision Application is not yet disposed of, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any event before the end of 2015; (d) All contentions of the Petitioner on the Revisional Application are kept open;

(e) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;

(f) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
