The petitioner-husband has sought quashing of proceedings initiated by FIR/Crime No. I 687 of 2018 for the offence punishable u/s. 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC.

None appeared for the petitioner.

In response to Court's query, Smt. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Jagtap, PSI, Kashimira Police Station informs that the petitioner was acquitted vide order dated 16/02/2022 passed by JMFC Court No. 7, Thane in Regular Criminal Case No. 2892 of 2019. 4.
