By this Application, the Applicant seeks re-call of the Order dated 24.02.2018 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) by which the aforesaid Application, being B. A. No. 2699 of 2017 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The Order dated 24.02.2018 is re-called and the Application, being B. A. No. 2699 of 2017 is restored back to its original file. 5.
