Ms Pandit states that petitioner is present in the Court. She has tendered photocopy of his Aadhar Card,m which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On instructions from the petitioner, she seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. She has also produced communication dated 11.06.2019 addressed by the petitioner instructing her to withdraw the Petition. The same is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 3.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms Pandit, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
