By this Civil Application, Applicant original plaintiff is seeking permission to bring legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent no.1, Avinash Wamanrao Dahanukar, who died on 14.12.2015.

Civil Application is filed on 02.03.2016. Same is filed within time.

Hence, following order: a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent no.1 in Writ Petition No.8243 of 2016. b) Amendment be carried out on or before 25.01.2018, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
