The petitioner has sought quashing and setting aside the Criminal Case being No. 14 of 2015 for an offence punishable under Section 354(A)(2)(d) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, registered with the non-applicant Police Station. 2.

The learned APP on written instructions dated 10th January, 2023 issued by the Senior Police Inspector informs that the trial in the aforesaid case has already commenced.

None appears for the petitioner. Even on last occasion also none appeared.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
