Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we find that this petition can conveneintly be disposed of by directing Respondent No.1 to decide 2nd respondent's proposal dated 1st July 2012 [copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-G to the petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
