In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application. He states that he will file an appropriate Application after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear, that if an Application for regular bail is filed, after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
