By this application, the applicant who is appellant in Criminal Appeal No.450 of 2012, has made a request for expeditious hearing of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant has brought to our notice that this Court has already expedited the hearing of the appeal. In that light of the matter, we allow this application and direct that the appeal filed by the applicant be added to the final hearing board from 1st April, 2015 at its appropriate place on the board with liberty to the applicant to urge for a fixed date of hearing.
