Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Against the impugned order dated 22nd February, 2019 passed in purported exercise of powers under Section 32A of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958, an efficacious remedy of appeal under Section 32B is available. The submissions which are canvassed in this petition, can be canvassed before the Appellate Authority.

In view of availability of equally efficacious remedy, we decline to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the the petition is disposed of.

If the appeal is so preferred, the Appellate Authority is bound to note that the present petition was filed on 4th March, 2019 and that the same remained pending till today.
