These are Applications for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition Nos.4072 of 2019 and 4073 of 2019, which were dismissed for nonremoval of office objections, in pursuance of Conditional Order dated 28th August 2019.

Mr. Dave, learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that, the necessary documents are ready and he will remove office objections within a period of one week from today.

There is a delay of 134 days in filing the present Applications. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, has no serious objection for condonation of delay and restoration of present Petitions. 4.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c).
