The appeal has already been admitted. After hearing Shri Ganesh Bhujbal, the learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that the same be listed for final hearing, peremptorily, on 29th March 2016.

Since the appeal has already been listed for final hearing, the prayer of the applicant that he be permitted to withdraw the appeal, which prayer, apparently, has been made because the appeal is not taken up for final hearing, is rejected. A copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant in prison.
