The only prayer made in this Petition is to direct the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's application dated 6th September, 2017 (Exhibit "C") which has been favourably recommended by the Inspector on 18th May, 2017 (Exhibit "D").
