This Application is moved for bail, as the applicant/accused is facing charges for the offences punishable under sections 397 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. I-89 of 2014 registered with Indira Nagar Police Station, District Nashik.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that nothing is happening though the matter is part heard. However, the learned APP informs the Court that the charge is framed and four to five witnesses are examined.

In view of this, the Application is disposed of with a specific direction to the learned Judge to complete the matter as early as possible preferably within three months.
