After the matter was heard for some time, Mr.Kaka learned Senior Counsel appearing in support of both the Civil Applications seeks leave to withdraw both the Civil Applications with liberty to file a substantive petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted. 2.

Mr.Kaka states that a substantive petition will be filed within three weeks from today.
