After hearing the matter for some time, this court finds it appropriate to dispose of the present appeal by directing the learned trial court to decide the suit pending before it expeditiously and as far as possible within four months from the receipt of this order.

Learned Counsel for the appellants and respondents jointly affirm their commitment to cooperate with the learned trial court in deciding the suit within a specified time frame. They assure not to seek any adjournments. If the suit remains undecided beyond the stipulated period, the appellants are at liberty to approach the court to address their grievances, if any. The present appeal stands disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of.
