By an Order dated 5th March, 2019 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

In pursuance of Orders dated 13th July, 2021 and 23rd July 2021, the Applicant has deposited entire balance amount of Rs.1,46,000/- in the Registry of this Court to prove his bonafide. 4.

Perusal of record would indicate that, the offence alleged against the Applicant is under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. As the Applicant has now deposited entire alleged amount of theft of electricity, as 1/2

In view thereof, the Applicant can be protected by pre-arrest bail. Interim relief granted by Order dated 5th March, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
