P.C. :- 1] Mr. Dande, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Mr.Ashish Satpute, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and seeks some time to oppose the application for condonation of delay.

2] If the averments made in the application for condonation of delay are perused, it is apparent that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay. In this regard, particular reference is required to be made to the averments contained in paragraph '2' of the present Civil Application. 3] Accordingly, despite opposition from Mr. Satpute, case is made out for condoning delay of 38 days for filing Civil Revision Application. Accordingly, such delay is condoned. 4] Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 7596 of 2015 to be placed on 3 July 2015.
