Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any instructions from the petitioners. He submits that even RPAD notice which was issued to the petitioner had been returned back with remark "left". Learned counsel for the petitioner in such circumstances is unable to proceed with the petition for want of instructions. Copy of the notice issued to the petitioner is taken on record and marked 'X'.
