We have gone through the contents of the writ petition. Learned AGP appearing for the State fairly submits that another Writ Petition No.3863/2014 was disposed of vide order dated 20th February 2017 which was pertaining to the similar situation and similar notification whereunder the land was initially declared to be acquired but no award came to be passed ultimately in terms of the Statue. The land in the present case is in respect of Gat/Survey No.245 Hissa No.1+3A within the limits of Tasgaon Nagar Parishad, district- Sangli.

In the light of disposal of similar matter, we dispose of this petition in terms of the order dated 20th February 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.3863/2014.
