The Applicant had earlier approached this court vide A.B.A.No.380 of 2022. Following order was passed on 14/02/2022:

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly."

In spite of this the applicant has neither surrendered nor he is arrested. He is still absconding and this second anticipatory bail application is filed. This is clearly abuse of process of law. I am not inclined to entertain this application. The application is disposed of, as such.
