2] This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the subject First Investigation Report (FIR) bearing C.R. No.35 of 2016 registered with V.B. Nagar Police Station, MIG Colony Kurla (W), Mumbai.

3] Mr.Pednekar, learned A.P.P. for the State, on instructions, makes a statement that after completion of the investigation in the subject crime, "B" Summary Report is already filed before the 1/2

4] In the light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage.
