The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's caste validity claim is pending before 3rd Respondent, The Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune Division Committee No. 1 at Solapur.

2 9.3184.18 wp In the circumstances, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no. 3. Committee to consider and decide the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible, in any case not later than 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the petitioner's caste validity claim is decided, respondent no. 1 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned notice dated 07/02/2018. In case, any adverse order is passed by the Committee to the interest of the petitioner, same shall not be given effect for a period of 2 weeks.
