The challenge in this petition is to the order of learned Sessions Judge fixing the ad-interim relief application on 14th June, 2023.

Without going into the merits and considering the rights of the parties it would in the fitness of things to grant exemption to the petitioner till 17th July, 2023.

In the meantime, the learned Sessions Judge shall endeavour to decide interim relief application of the petitioner on its own merits.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
