This is an application for recalling of the conditional order dated 05.03.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1670 of 2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the applicants failed to supply copy of the Petition in the Registry.

For the reasons stated in Paragraphs 4 to 7 of the application, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ Petition No.1670 of 2020 is restored back to the file. Petitioners to supply copy of the Petition to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.
