It is not in dispute that demand was raised in respect of the same employees through another Union viz.Konkan Shramik Sangh, Thane, and a Reference was made to Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT) and the matter is now pending adjudication before CGIT since 2011. In the circumstances, it is now not necessary to entertain the present Petition as CGIT, which is a fact finding Forum, is seized of the matter.

In the circumstances, the Petition is disposed of. Rule to stand discharged.
