This is an application for modification of condition No.2 imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 07.05.2015 passed by this Court. By the said order the Applicant is directed to attend the office of EOW, Thane on every Friday and Saturday between 10.00 am to 1.00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial.

The Applicant has prayed that he may be permitted/allowed to attend the Kasturba Marg Police Station, Borivali instead of EOW, Thane. In view of this Court, the prayer of Applicant is misconceived and is not tenable. Application being devoid of any merits, is accordingly rejected. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) Sneha Chavan 1/1
