The Applicant herein has sought relaxation of bail condition of order dated 14.08.2018. This Court, while granting bail to the aforesaid Applicant had directed the Applicant to attend Versova Police Station on first Monday of every month.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has been attending the Police Station regularly. He further submits that he has already filed discharge application which is pending since last two years. He further states that the Applicant has been attending the Court regularly.

Considering the fact that the trial is not likely to conclude in near Salgaonkar

44 ia 1044-22.doc future, and also considering the fact that the Applicant is a permanent resident of Mira Road, in my considered view, it would be just and proper to relax the condition No.2 of bail order dated 14.08.2018. 4.

The Applicant herein shall attend the trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless exempted.

Interim application stands disposed of.
