Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Petition is filed seeking writ of habeas corpus, directing the Respondents to produce the Petitioner's daughter - Praghya before this Court. The Petitioners are the parents of Praghya, who is 19 years old. Petitioner No. 2 filed missing report on 24th December 2016 since whereabouts of their daughter were not known. 2.

Petition was placed for orders on 6th April 2017. On that day, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 made a statement that he would instruct his clients to produce girl Praghya. In pursuance of the said statement, the Petitioner's daughter is produced before the Court.

The Petitioners, Respondent No. 4 as well as Respondent No. 3 are present before the Court. So also Praghya is present before the Court. Praghya and Respondent No.4 make statement that they are married on 20th January 2017 and their marriage is registered on 28th January 2017. They produced copy of the certificate to that effect. Praghya and Respondent No. 4 also state that they were major at the time of marriage and this fact is corroborated by the certificate. 4.

We have had separate interactions with the Petitioners, Respondent No. 4, his father as well as the Petitioners' daughter - Prabhya. The Petitioners' daughter - Pragya states that on her own volition she has married with Respondent No. 4 and she is staying along with him. She refused to go with her parents. 5.

In above circumstances, writ petition is worked out and the same is disposed of.
