This is an application for extension of facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 28th January 2019. It is submitted that the applicant would not complete process of furnishing surety since the surety which was furnished by the applicant had backed out at the last moment. It is, therefore, submitted that the facility of cash security granted by this Court, be extended by six weeks.

Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court is extended by a further period of six weeks. Criminal Application No.362 of 2019 is disposed off. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
