The Applicant herein seeks modification of bail condition in order dated 07/02/2018 passed in Bail Application No.124 of 2018. One of the conditions in the said order was to attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and to attend the process of investigation till the submission of final report and after filing of final report, the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon till conclusion of trial. 1/2

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the chargesheet has been filed. The Applicant has been reporting to the concerned police station on first Monday of every month. She submits that charge is not yet framed and the trial is not likely to conclude in immediate future.

Considering the above, condition to attend the police station on first Monday of every month is modified. The Applicant is directed to report to the concerned police station once in two months on the first day of the month, till framing of the charge. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
