Heard Ms Kabare, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2.

This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of Respondent No.5, since deceased on record. Respondent No.5 died on 02.02.2017. Application is filed on 09.03.2017. Office remark also shows that Civil Application is in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a),

CAW 616-17.doc (b) & (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the Petition shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Ms Kabre states that Respondent No.4 has also expired. She assures that she will take appropriate steps for bring legal heirs of Respondent No.4 on record. 4.
