ORDER:

We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, as submission is made that this Court on 2 March 2016 in Writ Petition 2456 of 2016 while disposing of the petition, has observed as under: "2.

Considering the submissions so made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the fact that as the show cause notice dated 3 February 2016 is issued whereby calling upon the Petitioner to give an explanation within 15 days, we are of the view at this stage the Petitioner to reply to the said show cause notice as early as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The concerned Respondents to decide the same in accordance with law and on the issue including that of jurisdiction as early as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks. However, it is made clear that in the meantime, no coercive steps to be adopted

sg 2/2 wp3206-16.doc against the Petitioner till adjudication of the show cause notice and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication if the order is adverse to the Petitioner."

The Petitioner has stated to be similarly situated being one of the Managing Committee members of the same bank, which was involved in the above writ petition. Therefore, present petition is disposed of. The Petitioner to reply to the show cause notice preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The concerned Respondent to decide the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. No coercive steps to be adopted against the Petitioner till adjudication of the show cause notice and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication if the order is adverse to the Petitioner. 3.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. All points to be kept open. No costs.
