Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled the matter in Lok Adalat and, therefore, he wants to withdraw all the First Appeals. He further submits that an amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the insurance company at the time of filing the Appeals is not a part of the amount, which is settled before the Lok Adalat and, therefore, the appellant/insurance company be allowed to withdraw Rs.25,000/- in each Appeal alongwith the Court Fees as per rules.

Statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant is accepted. The appellant/insurance company is allowed to withdraw Rs.25,000/- in each Appeal, which is deposited at the time of filing of the respective Appeals and also allowed to withdraw the Court Fees as per rules.

The learned counsel for the appellant is allowed to withdraw all the First Appeals. First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the First Appeals, nothing survives in the Civil Applications and the same are disposed of as such. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
