Rule. By consent of the parties, Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally, as a limited relief is sought in the petition.

In this petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application below exhibit 5 in Dispute No.CCIV/137/2015 before the learned Cooperative Court is not decided and no order is yet passed and, therefore, the petitioner is not able to obtain certified copy. He, however, also submits that on

wp.3614.2017_prodn.5.doc 22.12.2016, the learned Judge of the Cooperative Court informed both the parties that she had decided the matter. On query, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 Society confirms these submissions.

In view of this, as a limited prayer is involved in this Writ Petition, the learned Judge of the Cooperative Court No.4, Mumbai, is hereby directed to make the order available in Dispute No.CCIV/137/2015 to both the parties forthwith and in any case, on or before 29th March, 2017.
