1] This Contempt Petition is filed on the count that the Respondent is not paying the maintenance as per the order passed by this Court.

2] It is submitted that the Respondent is paying some amount here and their. However, as on today, the amount of Rs.93,000/- (Rs. Ninety Three Thousand only) is due from the Respondent towards arrears of maintenance.

3] Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, makes a statement that he will clear the entire arrears of maintenance within a period of six weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
