Heard. This Application is made by the State of Maharashtra for extension of time to comply with order dated 24.10.2016 passed by this court in the Writ Petition.

The learned AGP submits that this court has directed the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the Application filed by Respondent No.1 within four months from the date of the order. She submits that there is delay on their part to comply with the same. She submits that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has decided the Application of the Respondent on 14.02.2018. To that effect she has placed on record a photocopy of the order dated 14.02.2018 with copy to other side. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

14.1278.17-caw.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP and the reasons disclosed, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed.

Delay in complying with the order dated 20.10.2016 is condoned.
