This is an application for seeking relaxation of condition imposed vide order dated 14th July, 2017. The applicant had preferred an application for anticipatory bail before this Court which was heard on 14th July, 2017 and interim protection has been granted to the applicant. The applicant was directed to report Khar Police Station, Mumbai on 21st to 26th July, 2017. It was also directed that the applicant shall not leave the country without 1/3

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is NRI and he had come to India for preferring application for anticipatory bail. It is submitted that his employer forwarded the tickets to him and he is required to travel abroad i.e. U.A.E., Netherlands, Belgium from 22nd July, 2017 to 1st August, 2017. It is submitted that the matter of the applicant is in India and he would return on 1st August, 2017. 3.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant may be directed to furnish all the details about his travel to the investigating officer. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submitted that documents annexed to this application are not sufficient to justify the claim to travel abroad. It is submitted that the applicant may be directed to furnish all the details of his travel including documents to the Investigating Officer.

Considering the submissions advanced by the parties and also considering the reliefs which are sought by the applicant, the conditions imposed in order dated 14th July, 2017 can be relaxed. 2/3

(i) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. U.A.E., Netherlands, Belgium from 22nd July, 2017 to 1st August, 2017.

(ii) On his return the applicant will report to investigating officer.

(iii) The applicant is directed to furnish the details about his travel abroad including documents in support of his travel.

(iv) The applicant shall also furnish his telephone number and the contact details to the investigating officer before going abroad.
